Questions people ask before downloading

What is ProSurvey Apps?

ProSurvey Apps Limited is a UK software company (company number 17118570, England and Wales) that makes three survey products: DampApp Pro for damp and timber specialists, PropertySurvey Pro for property surveyors, landlords and agents, and HousingSurvey Pro for housing associations and councils.

Which app do I need?

If most of your work is damp, timber, condensation or mould, use DampApp Pro. If you write condition reports, dilapidations schedules, snagging lists, inventories or general inspections, use PropertySurvey Pro. If you are a housing association, council or contractor managing damp and mould cases across a housing stock, use HousingSurvey Pro.

Are the apps free?

DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro are free to download and use for real surveys, with PDF reports that carry the app watermark, 3 free uses a month of each AI tool and up to 25 surveys stored on the device. Pro is optional: £74.99 a month for DampApp Pro and £19.99 a month for PropertySurvey Pro, with annual plans. HousingSurvey Pro starts with a free Solo plan.

Do the apps work without a signal?

Yes. Surveys are captured and PDF reports are built on the device, so basements, roof voids and rural sites are no problem. AI drafting and cloud sync need a connection and catch up when you are back online.

Which devices do the apps run on?

iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. HousingSurvey Pro also has a web portal for office teams.

Does the AI write the report for me?

No. AI Polish and Talk through a room produce draft wording from your notes. You review and edit it before it enters the report. The AI does not diagnose defects, score hazards or replace your professional judgement.

Can I put my own logo on the reports?

Yes, with Pro. Free reports carry the app watermark; Pro adds white-label branding with your logo and details.

Do you offer licences for teams?

Yes. DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro have business editions for firms that deploy devices, and HousingSurvey Pro is sold to organisations with per-surveyor plans. See the pricing page or get in touch.
