ProSurvey Apps Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 17118570; registered office Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA; registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC191906) ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy covers the prosurvey.app website. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

1. Information We Collect on This Website

• Enquiries: the name, email address, subject and message you send through our contact form, or that an AI assistant sends on your behalf through our enquiry tool. They are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.
• Advertising measurement (only with your consent): the Meta Pixel records the pages you visit, browser and device details and your network address, and sets Meta's cookies (such as _fbp). If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may link this to your account.
• Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes your network address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• App store links: our App Store and Google Play buttons carry campaign tags naming this site and the page you were on, so that the stores can report installs that came from our pages. The tags contain no personal details. Apple reports them to us only in aggregate; on Android the app can read the tag after you install it, as its own privacy policy explains.

Our free tools and printable checklists run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us. The benchmarking tool downloads published aggregate figures only.

2. How We Use It and Our Lawful Bases

• Replying to enquiries: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take before a contract. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.
• Delivering and securing the site: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
• Advertising measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Marketing: only where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time (see section 6).

3. Who We Share It With

Web3Forms (delivering enquiries), Cloudflare (hosting) and, with your consent, Meta Platforms (advertising measurement; Meta is jointly responsible with us for collecting this data through the pixel and uses it under its own privacy policy). We do not sell your personal data.

4. International Transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients) or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses in the provider's data processing terms.

5. Cookies

The site saves your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is set until you accept: with your consent, the site loads the Meta Pixel, which sets Meta's cookies to measure how people find our apps through our advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.

6. Your Rights & Marketing Choices

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. These rights may be subject to legal limits.

Your right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing is absolute. Use the unsubscribe or opt-out method in the communication, tell the person contacting you, or use our marketing opt-out form. You can also email [email protected]. We will honour the request and place the minimum details on our suppression list. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
