AI Polish turns shorthand notes into draft wording that the surveyor checks and edits; it never makes the diagnosis. The app is free to download and use, including real surveys and watermarked PDF reports. Optional Pro, at £74.99 a month or £749.99 a year, adds cloud sync, white-label reports, a moisture readings grid up each wall, a resident summary letter and the full AI allowance.

PropertySurvey Pro is a property survey and inspection app for iPhone, iPad and Android. It covers condition reports, dilapidations, snagging, inventories and HHSRS assessments, offline, with the PDF produced on site.

Long description

PropertySurvey Pro is a survey and inspection app for property surveyors, inspectors, landlords, letting agents and trades. One app covers condition reports that follow the structure of the RICS Home Survey Standard, building surveys, dilapidations with a Scott schedule, snagging lists, inventories and HHSRS assessments. It includes a floor plan designer, AR room scanning on LiDAR iPhones and iPads, five standards-based on-site tools, EPC lookup and weather, and it works fully offline. AI Polish drafts wording from rough notes for the surveyor to check and edit. PropertySurvey Pro is free to download and use. Optional Pro, at £19.99 a month or £199.99 a year, adds cloud sync, white-label reports, planning, listed building and flood checks, and the full AI allowance.

Short description

HousingSurvey Pro is damp and mould evidence software for housing associations, councils and their contractors: an offline capture app for iPhone, iPad and Android plus an office portal built around Awaab's Law timelines.

Long description

HousingSurvey Pro is built for social landlords and the contractors who work for them. Surveyors and operatives capture evidence in an offline app for iPhone, iPad and Android. Each finished record is geo-stamped, locked with a server timestamp and hash-chained per property, so a later change is detectable. In the office portal, teams see Awaab's Law timelines across every case, issue works orders and export evidence bundles, while an API, webhooks and EDI connect it to the housing management system. Damp and mould is the lead hazard, and further hazard types are covered. There is a free Solo plan, then pricing per surveyor per month; the app signs in to an organisation's account.

How to write the names

Write each name exactly as below, with the capitals and spacing shown, every time. Please do not abbreviate them.

• "Pro" is part of each app's name. The paid tier of DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro is "the optional Pro subscription"; the apps themselves are free to download and use.
• Three separate apps. ProSurvey Apps is the company, not an app. Describe DampApp Pro, PropertySurvey Pro and HousingSurvey Pro as separate products from the same company, each with its own subscription.
• No endorsements. Please do not describe any of the apps as endorsed, approved or accredited by RICS, the government or any professional body. None of them is. "Follows the structure of the RICS Home Survey Standard" is accurate for PropertySurvey Pro's condition reports.
• AI is drafting help. AI Polish and Talk through a room produce draft wording and entries that the surveyor reviews and edits. The AI does not diagnose defects, determine hazards or complete surveys.
• Trade marks. DampApp Pro, PropertySurvey Pro, HousingSurvey Pro and ProSurvey Apps are trade marks of ProSurvey Apps Limited.
