HousingSurvey Pro starts on a free Solo plan with 1 surveyor seat and 2 office users. Paid plans are priced per surveyor per month: Team £29, Platform £59 and Enterprise £99. Annual billing = 2 months free. The capture app is free to install; signing in needs an organisation account.
What does Pro add to DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro?+
Pro adds cloud sync across devices with up to 5,000 cloud-synced surveys, the full AI (a daily allowance, plus the option to add your own Google Gemini or OpenAI key for unlimited use, billed by that provider), white-label reports with your own logo, the on-screen signature pad and premium integrations such as the planning, listed building and flood zone check.
Are there any hidden fees, per-report charges or storage charges?+
No. A Pro subscription covers up to 5,000 surveys per account, unlimited PDF reports and cloud storage for your data. There are no per-report or per-client charges, and no mark-up on AI when you use your own key.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Both apps use App Store and Google Play billing, so you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use one subscription on several devices?+
Yes. A Pro subscription belongs to your account, not your device. Sign in on any iPhone, iPad or Android device and your surveys and subscription status sync.
Do DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro share a subscription?+
No. They are separate apps from the same company, ProSurvey Apps Limited, with separate subscriptions. A subscription to one does not include the other.
Do you offer plans for survey teams or housing associations?+
Yes. Survey firms can license DampApp Pro or PropertySurvey Pro for the whole team through a private business edition with an agreed device allowance, so surveyors do not buy individual subscriptions. Housing associations, councils and their contractors should look at HousingSurvey Pro, which has a free Solo plan and per-surveyor plans with an office portal and integrations.
Can I pay in my own currency?+
Yes. The App Store and Google Play show prices in your local currency. Apple and Google set those prices from the published GBP price, and your store confirms local prices and eligibility before you pay.
Is there a web or desktop version?+
The survey apps are native iPhone, iPad and Android apps, and they also run on Apple silicon Macs through the Mac App Store. HousingSurvey Pro adds a web portal for the office. There is no browser version of DampApp Pro or PropertySurvey Pro.
