Are there any hidden fees — per-report, per-client, or storage charges?
No. Your monthly or annual subscription covers unlimited surveys, unlimited PDF reports, and cloud storage for your data. There are no per-report or per-client charges.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Both apps use App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) billing. You can cancel via your Apple or Google account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for teams or housing associations?
We are exploring enterprise and volume licensing. If you manage a team of surveyors or work for a housing association, contact us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements.
Do DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro share a subscription or account?
No. They are separate applications published by the same company but operate on separate platforms (separate Firebase projects, separate App Store / Play Store products, separate RevenueCat billing). A subscription to one does not include the other.
Is there a web or desktop version?
The survey apps are currently iOS and Android native. The prosurvey.app website (this site) hosts free tools including the compliance ROI calculator, sample reports, and professional guides.
