For housing associations & their contractors

The damp & mould evidence record your ombudsman can trust.

HousingSurvey Pro is a multi-tenant, offline-first damp and mould evidence platform built for UK housing associations, councils and their contractors. It captures geo-stamped, tamper-evident, contemporaneous evidence in the field — then delivers it straight into your case-management system by API, webhook or EDI. Built for Awaab's Law. The data is the record.

Why it's different

Every finalized HousingSurvey Pro record is locked server-side with an authoritative timestamp, hash-chained to the previous record for the same property (UPRN), geo-stamped, and covered by an append-only audit log. No app or API path can alter or delete finalized evidence — any out-of-band change is detectable by the platform's verifier.

Key features

  • Tamper-evident evidence chain — hash-chained, geo-stamped records that hold up under ombudsman and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Offline-first capture — surveyors and contractors record evidence on site, with or without signal.
  • Awaab's Law aligned — built around the statutory investigate / make-safe / repair timeframes housing associations and councils now operate under.
  • CMS-agnostic integration — a HACT-aligned REST API, signed webhooks, SFTP flat-file EDI and scheduled CSV exports connect to NEC, Civica, MRI, Aareon and most other housing case-management systems.
  • Multi-tenant by design — housing associations and councils can extend scoped access to contractor organisations without losing control of the evidence chain.
  • UK data residency, RBAC and 2FA — access control and regional data handling built for the social housing sector.

Built by ProSurvey Apps

HousingSurvey Pro is developed by ProSurvey Apps Limited (company number 17118570, England and Wales) — the team behind DampApp Pro and PropertySurvey Pro. Where those products serve independent surveyors, letting agents and property professionals, HousingSurvey Pro is purpose-built for the housing-association and council side of the damp and mould evidence chain.
